We were greeted so warmly. The staff were lovely. We loved that it was decorated with Ghibli memorabilia,drawings etc. The property is unique, very clean and well maintained.
Due to the style of building, you have to be very quiet. You hear every door close etc. It’s your be expected with this style of guesthouse. Thankfully they politely ask all quests to be quiet after 11pm, so it didn’t bother us too much.

the best way to describe this place is home. I felt like I was home. Kaori San and Ryota San are amazing people and make you feel comfortable like family would. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to Japan and hope to be back myself in the future. ✌🏼🎉
