Struttura pulita ed accogliente , cosa importante dotata di due condizionatori uno per stanza ! Fornito di frigo … ed ogni altro accessorio utile !!!! spettacolo a pochi passi dal mare … poi cosa dire colazione superlativa compresa e poi Filippo … ci ha coccolati tutti i giorni con i suoi dolci tipici !!! Persona squisita e disponibilissima ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta ! Ritorneremo sicuramente !!!!!!

A wonderful villa with an authentic and cozy interior. A comfortable large bed, spacious room, a coffee machine with capsules, a great location if you want to get there by train or car. Convenient in both options. The owner of the Villa is extremely customer-oriented and ready to help in any situation. Every day delicious treats, help with transfer and selection of tourist attractions. Everything is very clean, a few steps to the sea, supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The beach is excellent, clean. I was incredibly pleased with the communication with the owner of the Villa Teresa Filippo and am grateful for the help in all matters. I look forward to returning.

Property owner was very helpful and welcoming. The room was big and clean.
Very little light in the room in general expected more than it was based on previous reviews.
