Location was good and house was spacious. Host provided adequate instructions to access property.
I was overwhelmed with signs plastered everywhere noting to be quiet and curfew etc. not very welcoming. Guests should sign documents understanding rules and maybe one reminder sign. It would be nice to include a few teabags and ground coffee and a couple bottles of water like typical AirBnb style house rentals do

House was extremely spacious. Location was near the supermarket.
A bit hard to park but being able to park in front of the house was great.

Unweit ein schöner Supermarkt. Zur Bahnstation 1.1km geht auch mit Koffer gut. Küche war super ausgestattet.
Es war so mega warm, schade dass nur in ein paar Räumen die AC möglich war. Wir haben im Wohnzimmer geschlafen,weil ich oben keine Luft bekommen habe.
