Mooie locatie in landelijke omgeving, ruime schone kamer, vriendelijke eigenaresse en dochter, Montalcino is vlakbij is eventueel per bus te bereiken maar die rijdt ‘s avonds niet en teruglopen in avond wordt afgeraden ivm Wilde beren. Dus als je wilt dineren moet je met auto. Eigen parking

二連泊したがタオルの交換、ベッドメーキンが無かった。ソレなりの金額なのに残念。

Quarto Excelente, muito espaço.

Ótima localização, no meio de uma plantação de Uva.
Tranquilo e calmo.
Próximo ao centro de Montalcino.
Estilo Rustico, porem tudo muito novo.
Café da Manha Fraco.
Funcionários não falam Inglês, só italiano.

The view is beautiful. The room is clean. The kitchen facilities are complete and clean.
It's too pricy for what I expected to get. I paid 185 euro for one night, which I think not worth at all. It has been the least value of money during my one week trip in Tuscany.
The owner can barely speak English and we didn't feel welcomed. After calling someone to go to the reception, a young man quickly appeared and then disappeared again.
The breakfast is very, very simple, especially you keep in mind this price.
The bed is not really comfortable. You hear the bed squishing when you move.
More importantly, there is no entertainment facilities either inside or outside. Even just a simple swing or something for children. So I especially don't recommend families with young children to stay here.
The location is not bad, but there is nothing around accessible without a car. Again, you cannot really stay at this farmhouse, because the owner provides zero outdoor facilities for guests to "waste" their time there.
So, see this place rather like a simple but pricy B&B.
I certainly won't come again.
