位於天草巴士中心對面，所以搭早班車很方便。
房門不是自動鎖門。

スタッフの皆さんが全員とても親切で、いろんなリクエストに笑顔で対応してくださる。
ありません。リニューアル・リフォームされていない部分は古いですが、清潔感があるので気になりません。

交通便利。バスセンター至近。スタッフ良し。朝食良し。サービス良好。施設新しくモダン。館内落ち着ける。
ツインの部屋はかなり狭い。地価の高い大都市でもないのになぜ客室料金が高い？サービス良くするための人件費に充当するためかも？ベッドレームにのみ洗面台は不便。トイレで手洗いできないのは困る。それ以外は全くなし。
