Nothing !!!
Everything was BAD!! Staff were unfriendly & no hospitality at all… had to super nice to them to get anything done! Gave 2 rooms in different properties / locations & separated our group!! Aircon did not work, doors could not lock, no windows for ventilation!! Absolutely awful!!

Hubo un raro intercambio de cuarto como si hubieran rentado la habitación seleccionada por nosotros con antelación dias adicionales y nos cambiaron la primera noche. Ademas de ser incomoda esa habitación que nos pusieron la primera noche. El Jacuzzi estuvo dañado en toda la estancia y la misma incluhia Jacuzzi.

It was 5-10 min walk to city center, and bus station.
Hotel was clean, they clean the room every day. Our room “sunrise” is the top floor.. it has private jacuzzi and private balcony (not shared one like the other comment mentioned). A very good stay. I recommend this hotel.

**Internet connection is very poor in the rooms. They really should use external internet beacon.
**Room selection process was confusing for me. in the booking.com initially I gave my choice outside hot tub. But after paying we found it’s we didn’t get that. ( it was my first time with booking.com , so it could be my fault too to check final product before paying) And after reaching there we got another room in blue suits hotel. Although we liked the room than which was shown in the web but whole process was really confusing.
**We had to pay additional 1.5 € per night and why only in cash which was also unclear for me.

Message de l’hôtel le jour J pour nous informer que, suite à des problèmes, nous allions loger à l’hôtel Golden star à la place (hôtel golden star au top rien à redire!!)
En revanche, j’ai été prélevé deux fois du montant du séjour à 20 jours d’intervalle!!! (oui oui on peut se servir sur notre compte bancaire sans notre consentement????) et bien entendu l’hôtel A&G suites ne réponds plus aux messages !!!!

It has a really warm jacuzzi, the room had a confortable bed and 2 couch-beds, so quite a lot of space.
The TV was small and not a smart TV. The jacuzzi was smaller than the pictures.

The view was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was nice at night time when the temperature cooled down. The jacuzzi wasn’t working the night before, so the company organised for us to stay at a different accommodation before arriving at A&G and that accommodation was really good!
The door handle in the bathroom had fallen off and couldn’t use the handle. The air conditioner only turned on when the back door was closed completely… information we weren’t told earlier so the first night we couldn’t sleep as the air conditioner didn’t turn on and we were really hot. The air conditioner when the door is closed properly does work, but is quite weak so took awhile to cool down the room, but was pleasant for our second night.
The pool is also not attached to the property, which was not stated in the booking. It is just down the road in another hotel called blue suits.

When we finally got to our promised, room Location and view from balcony.
Family trip organised over 8 months previously, spoilt by poor commuaction and behavior. from Management. On way from pickup at airport, we're told room canceled, because of first, a wedding party booked all rooms then that there was a problem in jacuzzi.
Promised new accommodation, was apparently better, 5 stars we were told and closer to town, all incorrect.
New room was at back of building, further away no views, eventually refund was offered but no suitable rooms close by as very busy season..
We eventually got room we had booked and paid for for remaining 2 nights. No apology, no refund for first night. Terrible experience, not recommended. Travellers Beware!

The room is nice, if you make to get it.
We have booked four nights at A&G suites. When we first arrived they informed that our room wasn’t available yet and we would stay at a different room for one night and need to move on the next morning. They took us to a different hotel nearby. Despite being asked to check out at 11am and check in the new room at 3pm, we packed everything and did what they requested. When I entered the second room, I was sure that wasn’t the same room and property I have booked, I wondered if it in fact exists. I usually chose accommodation by the bathroom pictures, and it was annoying. But the bathroom was far from the most annoying thing that happened there.
On the third day, we were walking around the town and the reception lady called me saying that we needed to leave the room again and change hotel for the second time. It was 1pm and they were rude saying that we should had left the room at 11am because it is check out time and we were late. No one had advised that we were staying at three different rooms in four days.
We packed everything again and moved to the real A&G suite. When I asked if it should be the last movement, the lady said that I have told her enough! Nothing would be enough for what they have caused in our honeymoon trip! They are awful, run away from this people while you can.
Don’t think that Booking.com will support or assist, they are not concerned with guests security at all!
You can check that other people have going through the same bad experience, but they don’t block this provider, so protect yourself not staying with them.

We booked a deluxe king room with an outdoor spa bath with A&G Suites, however on arrival we were taken to a completely different hotel. We did not get told why. The room was nice, however it was not what I had booked. it had a tiny outdoor jacuzzi which barely fit two people in it. The hotel we were at was nice and we enjoyed the stay there but it was not what we had booked. In future I would not book with A&G or Blue Suites (you have to go to blue suites to check in).

Large rooms, comfortable beds, the rooms were service every day
The spa bath that came with the room (and the reason we booked it) was broken for which there were many apologies and apparently no other rooms available and breakfast was given for each night we were without it. After one night, we decided to ask for an immediate solution to be found. The staff management staff were very helpful and moved us two rooms along and that had a functioning spa on a private balcony.

The location and staff were really good. The spa was cold to start with and reception quickly sent someone out to have a look, turns out it just needed to be left on for about 2-3 hours before it warms up. We ended up leaving the electricity card in when we'd go out for dinner and when we returned the spa was lovely and hot 😊 great accommodation!

No water for showers in the morning. Luke warm later in the day. No lights on steep stairs at night. only one glass for 4 people and 2 cups! Reception disinterested. Also we were charged local taxes when taxes are supposed to be included. Transfer costs to port were expensive supplied mini bus not taxi.

They didn't have me staying at the A&G I stayed at The Blue Suites down the road. So this review is about Blue Suites and the facilities there. I'm not sure but they made it seem like this was supposed to be an upgrade. The price of the room and the kitties around the property were my favorite part of the stay.
I understand that it was winter off-season but nowhere in the description did it say the pool would actually be closed. I wouldn't have picked here and would have gone with another option. When I arrived there was no staff which was fine because it was a holiday weekend but no one responded to my messages. I needed the wifi password as there was bad service and I'm international and I never got a response. What if I had a more important issue?
There was some mold on the wall and a horrible bright green exit light that faced the bed. The windows to the room were boarded up except for the one facing the reception building. I know that it's winter but maybe they just shouldn't have been open?! On my last night the people next to me seemed to have been able to have them get their individual hot tub serviced (they all looked very dirty when I arrived) and that was all I could hear for the rest of the night (it was so loud!!)
I can totally see the potential in the hotel for being a great place to stay in the summer months but I wouldn't suggest it in the winter.

The suites are very well located, 10 min away from KTEL buses, and near a mini-market. The room was spacious, well lit, comfortable, had good amenities and WiFi. The view is pretty nice and the bathroom was clean and the shower spacious. The staff was very helpful, even tho we arrived very late they managed to help us check in.
The pillows were good and large which helps have a good sleep.
The room was a bit cold, it was winter, it's an island so there's a lot of humidity in the air, as the floor was all made of stone, temperature can get low and with some condensation. Nothing that can't be fixed by simply placing some small rugs near the bed.

I booked for pickup and the owner was late for 30 minutes without any apology. I gave her 40 euro. she did not have change and never gave me the change in the end. I tried to call but the calls were all unanswered.

Lack of fans in bathrooms and ventilation, sheets were wet, room smelt musty, no one at reception to ask for help, facilities were unusable, don't advertise spa or pool if they're out of order. Never go here, it's a joke

We arrived to the location and it was closed, and a local told us that it had been closed for a week. We were sent to one of the owner’s other hotels instead, and weren’t told how to get there. Upon arrival, we were shown to a room which was of significantly poorer quality than the room we had paid for, with no offer of a refund, just a complementary breakfast that never arrived. We met another couple who had had the same experience, being moved to the new hotel from a completely different booking. The next day we requested a refund, got it, then booked with Hill Suites which we highly recommend.

The room itself was very nice and stylish and good size.
The hot tub was dirty and did not get hot so I could not use it and this is the main reason I got this room. The place was very difficult to find and no one would assist with any of these things messages were completely ignored. The TV did not work. You have to go to a different Hotel to find out the location and check in... no one tells you this until last minute.
it's very confusing because . No one will assist with these issues and not being able to use the hot tub was a massive disappointment. Also a couple was in my room when I got there so the maid gave me a key to the other room perhaps I would have had a clean hot tub if I got the room I was supposed to have 🙄

Great property, apartment was beautiful, Superb easterly views.
I booked a jacuzzi room specifically, and unfortunately it was broken, due to struggle getting appropriate service tradesman it took 4 days to repair - once repaired it was brilliant.
As it was end of season, the complex was shut down with no pool or cafe which was fine, but staff were hard to contact over the weekend. they were friendly and helpful just not easily available. the sink in bathroom leaked onto floor - just needs sone general maintenance which I’m sure will happen over the winter months

I love how big the room was (I stayed in the Diamond room), big bed beautiful ambiance, had my own hot spa outside my private balcony. I came home late and it was windy but the tub was so nice and warm. The location was about 7 mins walk to bus station. The view was great, overlooking the sea. Shops are a few meters away and lots on the wY to bus station and Fira city centre.
The bathroom overflows and drain is blocked. The wash basin also was slow to drain. They may need to call a plumber soon. The taxi they arranged for me didn't turn and never Contacted me to advise they're unable to pick me up. The key was dicky. No tea and coffee provided no tissues in the room.

We booked for two nights, but had an apparent "problem" with the room so we were moved to Blue suites. The room was absolutely not what I paid for the A&G suites, with broken and run down facilities. The catch was that the lady offered us free breakfast, which was just continental breakfast with cut sausages. The coffee machine was spoilt on as well. We were moved to A&G after, which then was a great stay.
Firstly, the driver was late for the pickup from the airport, which was a 10 mins drive from town. The jacuzzi was not heated, which we did not bother to even report because I saw previous reviews on how they have had that problem for the longest time. Winter the approaching so don't expect a heated pool. We had reservations about this place, as I have read previous reviews on guests given a room without the jacuzzi when they booked the room with jacuzzi. I took the liberty of inquiring with booking.com whether is my room confirmed, yet this happened. Honestly my disappointment is an understatement.
