The location, the view incredible and the service by the 2 gentlemen that worked there including the owner were amazingly friendly and went over and above to accommodate all our needs during the entire stay.
The lady who worked in the restaurant / breakfast area was at times rude and abrupt and on our last day, we checked out at 11am but the owner said we could kindly use the facilities till we departed in our ferry but every time my sister and I went to use the bathroom, we got very unpleasant vibes from her and she made us feel uncomfortable using “ her “ it seemed toilet…. but everything else was perfect.

The hotel is beautiful in a breathtaking location, with lots of steep stairs going down the Caldera. Stunning views of the sunset from your room balcony, wonderful staff who are very helpful.
Lack of recycling facilities.

Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Room 200 was amazing. View was outstanding. Exceeded our expectations. Location perfect.
Breakfast brought to the room would have been a bonus and we thought the hotel had a bar?
