新しくはないけどメインテナンスも掃除もきちんとされています。
トイレの利用にある注意書きを守っていない滞在者がいるようで、蓋が空いたままになっているし、汚れも気になります。
宿泊施設側の問題ではありませんが、滞在される方はルールを守って欲しいです。

スタッフの方がとても親切で温かく、安心できました。
無料でコーヒー（インスタント）が飲めたので、疲れて到着した後、いただき、ホッとしました。
フロントエリアは、良い香りでしたがあ、シングル宿泊棟（平屋）は、臭いが気になりました。
部屋のエアコン、フィルターと内部の掃除がされておらず、カビがついていました。
消すと臭いが気になり眠れず、付けるとエラーランプ？が眩しく眠れない、、、
スタッフの方へ、この部屋（110号）に宿泊して確認された方が良いかも。。。
平屋棟のエアコンと臭いが改善されたら、立地も良いので、このお値段で満足です
