Nestled in Willamette Valley, this attractive house for $303 per night is a great option for your next trip. Hawks Haven Wine Cottage is located on a 6.8 acre, beautifully landscaped estate. The Cottage has been newly remodeled and updated. You will enjoy one of the most beautiful views that the area has to offer. Driving to the local wineries is very picturesque and many of the most popular wineries are within 20 minutes drive on well maintained back country roads. From our deck you can see sweeping views of the wineries and vineyards below such as Adelsheim, Tesori, Bergstrom, Arborbrook and Dundee hill just to mention a few. Our guests enjoy the relaxing water feature that is nestled into a private rock patio and the country quite setting is a perfect getaway from the busy city life. There is an aerial (drone) video for you to enjoy just by clicking on the video camera icon on the main photo next to the map icon. Hawks Haven is ideal for couples, small families or for 2 couples who are visiting Oregon Wine Country and many of the beautiful attractions close by.

Dan’s place is a haven above the valley. Very peaceful and quiet. While the finishes are older they have been well maintained and clean. The fireplace was amazing and we got a hoot out of the DVD collection. Would definitely stay again!

This is an outstanding property- very clean and well equipped and nicely appointed for a small group or a couple. The views from the home and patio are sweeping and the proximity to the wine country is ideal. The hosts are warm and easy to communicate with and timely in response to questions. You will not regret your decision to book here.

The property is located near the summit of Bald Peak not far from Newberg, Oregon. The view is spectacular. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with everything one needs. The hosts are terrific people as well and generous with their time. I highly recommend the place and we plan to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this LOVELY home with the beautiful view looking out from a peaceful mountain. The house had everything we needed to cook the food we brought. Just really enjoyed our stay.

Hawks Haven wine cottage was everything and more for our first visit to Oregon wine country. Sweeping vistas, comfortable beds and furniture inside and out, all the kitchen things, great bath towels, and terrific hosts. Dan and Laurie had excellent suggestions for us and we’re so nice and gracious. This is a special spot that we didn’t want to leave!

Really nice, super clean house with spectacular views and beautiful landscaping. Very relaxing to sit by the firepit and watch the sunset. One of the nicest VRBOs we've stayed at. The go to spot for visits to the wine country.

Well-appointed wine cottage with beautiful views of the valley. Lovely fire pit from which to enjoy the mountain top views in the evening. Primary bedroom is loft-style with walls that do not go to the ceiling so living room noise might be an issue depending on your guest situation. Otherwise quite peaceful. Enjoyable trip.

We were blown away as soon as we drove up the drive to the cottage- the view is like none other! The cottage is very homey and has everything you would need. We were blessed with exceptional weather to enjoy all Oregon has to offer. Thanks Dan- we’ll be back.

This cottage was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. It was so clean and inviting. Sitting outside on the swing was relaxing and beautiful. The hosts were easily accessible and responded to our questions quickly. Dan stopped by to say hello while respecting our privacy. He even suggested an alternate route on our way to Crater that turned out to be wonderful. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing! We were lucky enough to have mostly good weather on our visit and unbelievable scenic views. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Many of the wineries are in fairly close distance. We are not used to winding roads so we made sure we were back before sunset. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if it was available.

I rarely write reviews. I am generally skeptical of reviews. But when I find something that is exceptional, I’ll write a review. This Vrbo property is everything it is advertised to be and more. Well maintained property with plenty of amenities, spectacular views, great location for the Willamette Valley vineyards (and Newberg, a quaint little town), well worth the price, and friendly and outgoing owners. I highly recommend this property.

The cottage was perfect for our getaway to the Willamette wine country. The property is on top of a hill with commanding views of the valley. The layout of the cottage was great for a couple or family. The owners were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to return!
