Jorge and Lorena were very attentive and helpful.
The location is great, close to the bus terminal and close to the meeting point for main tour companies.
The room was tidy and clean throughout our entire stay.
We had a little problem with cockroaches, but Lorena promptly helped us to solve the problem.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning unit worked well. The shower had good pressure and temperature. It was nice having access to a kitchen even if I only used the fridge for leftovers, and I liked hanging out on the rooftop in the evening before going out for dinner.
The towels provided were a bit old and threadbare. The wifi was not very good in some areas of the rooftop shared space.

The Location and the Gazebo.
VERY NOISY, you can literally hear people coughing next door, kids crying and the corner shop music played until late. Too many mosquitos, only one hob worked, the utensils given were broken, the towels were not replaced our entire stay ( 4 nights) and the fridge was not cleaned.
