Free breakfast and drinking water. Nice vibe and environment, breezy and shady. Staff are helpful in arranging transport for me. Close to the bus terminal, restaurants and shopping outlets.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff that gives advice and recommendations on things to do and see. Great location on the main road of Tulum, easily reachable by bus. The facilities are clean and well maintained, well equipped kitchen. The hostel has a nice garden with a pool which creates a very relaxing atmosphere.
The bathroom of the female dorm was not cleaned on one day, but this was probably only an oversight.

Location, the garden, beds are clean and comfortable
Rooms with no airco also had little air. Door couldn't lock and answer of personnel was "that's how it is ". We asked to empty the trash can of the toilet and they didn't although they said they would. Some of the personnel (volounteers) ignore you, are impatient and/or unfriendly or just laugh at you. The price and the pictures create high expectations only to get disappointed.
