Big and well decorated rooms, decent breakfast, very well located, parking, mini fridge at the room. Only problem was the smell of humidity (mold) in one of the rooms, but we changed and this was gone.

The beds are fantastic, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the spacious hotel rooms have a nice balcony with hammock, chairs and view to the garden. All very clean and made nice with details like nice soap bottles etc. Bathroom with shell curtain (no door). Location right across the bus station in Tulum with plenty of restaurants around. Rooms still quite as they are in the backyard, off the street. Breakfast, served in the garden, was delicious.

The Television and Satellite system was not working properly for the first day and a half, for a three day stay. Breakfast ordering, very confusing.

We enjoyed are stay , clean rooms and close to everything. Good budget hotel.

Nice hotel in town. I did not notice the noice as other people have written. Two great taco shops next door and good shopping. Would have been helpful if someone was available to help carry luggage upstairs to the room. Lovely plants and gardens.

Corazon de Jade was the best place to stay. Its in the city of Tulum. Our room was spacious, clean, and air-condition. Quiet and beautiful, our bed was spacious, very peaceful place. Everything is close by. thank you guys it was an amazing stay.

If you want a cheap hotel right near the best cheapest seafood restaurants, this is the place. also has private parking and wifi. Breakfast is edible, scrambled eggs and coffee. I stay here when I dont want any frills, just a decent easy budget hotel.

Charming Hotel! It is located centrally in Tulum (note that it is not at the beach). We used it as a stop over only which is a pity. We all loved the Details and the surprises in the design of the Hotel. The one who has designed the Hotel showed his love to the Detail. All clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice.

This is at first shut, a lovely little boutique hotel. They have lovely rooms, well decorated and a nice garden. Truly it appears an oasis. Unfortunately, as I discovered the first night of my three day booking, there is a disco almost next door! It is more than loud. I would call it heart thumping. There was no way to sleep at all. It goes till 5 am every morning . The second night I used ear plugs, and took a sleeping pill, and still heard it - though not so loud. Apparently it has been there about two or three months and the shops and hotels n the vicinity are trying to go through the police to have it quiet down, but to little effect. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it - after being out all day- there is no point x I got back to a pretty hotel you cannot get any rest at. Another thing, at check in it was calculated I would owe over 400 plus US. I was very tired , but did a quick calculation on a napkin and realized that the three night stay was no more than 214.00 including the 19% tax. The error was blamed on an extra day calculated on the computer, but even adding two days, it would not amount to that. So do be sure you know what you are paying.

Perfect location in the city of Tulum. They had 24hr staffing who was extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us book things to do and a car. The rooms were basic and clean. Grounds were nice too.
