About this house rental
Located in Monterey Dunes Colony, a private gated community located between Santa Cruz & Monterey. Single story beach town house across the street from the clubhouse w/community pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, bocce ball, volleyball, basketball, a putting green, and a driving cage. The home has high vaulted ceilings, many large picture windows & sliding doors to take advantage of panoramic views of the ocean and a direct path to the beach. Featuring a Big Green Egg BBQ (charcoal and fire starting bricks provided) . Association rules limit the occupancy to 6 persons. 2 night minimum (3 nights peak season).

Great property right on the beach. 3 bedrooms provides plenty of space for 4 people. Kitchen is well appointed should you want to cook. Location makes for easy access to Monterey and beyond. Communication from the owners Jeff & Pam was helpful and clear. Would stay there again.

This condo is just lovely. The owners are readily accessible my text. The home was spotless, well cared for and was very well stocked. The beds were so comfy I hated leaving. We look forward to returning.
