Kitchen has stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker and utensils. Dining room has large table with seating for 8. Living room has plenty of seating for you and your guests to relax in front of the gas fireplace and flat screen TV with streaming. There is high-speed wireless internet that makes streaming and working remotely a breeze. The back screened porch offers a great place to sit and relax overlooking Grace Harbor.

Renters enjoy a Guest Membership at the River Dunes Harbor Club and will have access to the community pool, clubhouse, and outstanding Club Dining Room. The Harbor Village features the new Yawl's Café, Red Rickshaw (a home interior boutique) and Spa with steam room and saunas.
