Location was amazing. Was clean and nicely presented.
They advised would have tea and coffee making in my room and there wasn’t - It also wasn’t available in the shared kitchen.
The mini fridge wasn’t working - not cold.
There was also no wifi which I thought was standard at any accomodation these days.
Location was very noisy - needed air plugs to sleep.
Shower flooded water out into bathroom. Really needs curtain at the end.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Florence and about 50m from the Duomo.
It was also convenient that there was an elevator.
There was no kettle or bowls to be found which made the communal kitchen defunct.
A bit dusty in the bathroom and some of the fittings need an upgrade eg the shower door silicon is peeling off.

Clean, spacious and well equipped room. Fantastic location
The air conditioning unit was very loud

The location is great, and the overall size of the room is good enough. Easy check in and access.
The drain in the shower wasn’t working, so we couldn’t take a proper shower without flooding the entire bathroom. Also, they left us only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay. We ran out of it on the last morning.
