Mostly great staff. The bellman BIG was supernice. The food for breakfast was ok too. Super clean room, spacious and cool design.
Asked for a clothes iron, they said I could come down to iron it, but I wanted it in my room so they said ok they'll bring it, but 30mins later I was still waiting. I called back and they said they couldn't - frustrating!
