Truly luxurious, great value, fabulous stay

Apt is fabulous ~ the word "luxury" in the name aptly describes it! Fully equipped kitchen, well-appointed salon, bathrooms, bedrooms. Everything is top notch. View down to old town from balcony cannot be beat. Stairs to walk down to harbor & old town right out the door. Also close to Bange beach. Easy 6 euro Uber back up if you don't care to walk. Host/owner is a lovely woman, meeting us within 2 min. of our calling her. A+++ lodging.

You wont need gym during your stay :) Prepare your quadriceps for the múltiple stairs, thats Dubrovnik!! ;)

Apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. Bathrooms were immaculate. Balcony view of Old Town was amazing. TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Netflix was a bonus. Kitchen came equipped with all utensils as well as microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and oven. Bozica (owner) was extremely friendly, approachable and accommodating. We had several chats and she was always happy to help.

Nothing much really. If I was being really fussy then only two very small things. The apartment didn't have an ice box in the fridge which meant no ice cubes and also had no toaster. But I must stress that these by any means did not diminish our stay. We really liked it and would happily recommend it.

Very luxurious apartment. Loved the stay there.

Very modern large apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Great view of the old town and Adriatic Sea. Air conditioning was good. Friendly host. Good wif fi.

No washing machine. No toaster. It was very high beautiful apartment. Great view but lots of steps to the old town so had to pay for a taxi back up to the apartment.

Great place to enjoy the view

The view was fantastic although we had to climb hundreds of stairs. But we could use uber or bolts to trip to the old town.(probably one way fee was about 5~10 euro depends on the traffic) And all the amenities were completely new, renovated recently. Very neat place. Suggested for the family who needs 2 bathrooms.

I sent a message via booking.com but never received any, turns out that this page was run by a agency that the owner couldn’t get in touch. So if you need anything just contact the number presented here, and advised to get the owner’s contact info. Also it would be much appreciated if we could have some water to drink.(we had to buy water all the way down to the town)

great stay w/ wonderful view

for old or children, it might not be easy to get there due to steps from the old town to here tho the view at the balcony is amazing even you don’t need to go to the old town 😂 the facility itself is newly renovated and furnished everything other than washing machine

amazing view from the 2 balconies, everything was as described as the apartment was very clean.

not a negative for us, but there are quite a lot of steps to get up and down from the apartment, although this does seem common for apartments nearby, bare this in mind when booking.

The apartment was beautiful..it had everything you would need ..for cooking ..all the utensils you would need ...cooker .sandwich maker..microwave..fridge ..kettle..coffee maker..the place is spotless ..the host is so nice ..can't do enough for you ..always on the other end of the phone..so nice ...the apartment is very high up..lots of steps but we'll worth it ..can't recommend the place enough..really enjoyed our holiday

Everything was perfect! Gorgeous apartment with amazing views! Only a few minutes walk from Old Town. The host was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Book it now!

Really great place, very clean and quite. It's 10 minutes walk down to the old city, back - 15 minutes, cause a lot of stairs, but it's exactly what we expected. Host met us near the apartment, showed us everything and helped to park the car.

The view from the balconies. Bathrooms were big and clean. The size of the apartment was great. Very modern and very friendly staff.

Pillows were uncomfortable. There was no coffee, tea, sugar.

Wonderful

A really lovely apartment, exactly as pictured, with all the facilities we needed and a very helpful host. We were able to organise to leave our luggage at the apartment, and the host organised a taxi driver to pick it up before he collected us from the Old City on our way to the airport. Stunning views from the balconies and great location for access to the Old City, Banje Beach and nightlife. There are a lot of steps to reach it, but that's Dubrovnik, and you won't get a great view anywhere without some climbing.

Lovely apartment with amazing views of the old town

The apartment is simply stunning and the pictures do it justice. The view of the old town is fabulous. And the hosts were accommodating in allowing us to store luggage as we arrived early & had later flights- really appreciated.

Fabulous apartment highly recommend!

This was an amazing apartment highly recommend. Very modern, high spec and views were stunning. The host was available at all times and arranged our transport to and from the airport. Great location to the beach, old town and restaurants and shops. Would definitely revisit! You need to be mindful that there are lots of steps or a hill to get to the apartment, we didn’t mind, but older generations or poor mobility would find it difficult.

Great apartment in a great location to explore the entrancing city of Dubrovnik

clean, spacious and well equipped. fantastic view of Dubrovnik old town. You can’t avoid the steps in Dubrovnik but a short walk down to the old town and the nearest beach and shop from the apartment was fine.

Fabulous views of Dubrovnik old town and well kept, clean and spacious apartment.

Beautiful view from the balcony and apartments were spottlessly clean everywhere. Beds were very comfortable and light can be blacked out at night. Bottle of local wine waiting for us. No need for a deposit so no hanging around when you leave waiting for your host. Host was very welcoming when we turned up earlier than scheduled.

noisy neighbours in next flat on final night (not the hosts fault but it did impact on our sleep). There are about three hundred stairs to the flat hence the old town view which my mum just could not manage. You can get an uber up and down for abour £4 but that can add up if you are doing it four times a day. A fit person would be fine to walk though - you need to give taxi drivers a diffrent address as the main address is not accessible by car.

Beautifully appointed flat with stunning views of the old city

Other reviewers say that the photos don't do justice to this lovely flat, they really don't! It is beautifully appointed with stunning views of the old city and the sea. The owner, has only been renting the flat for a relatively short time so a few minor issues but nothing which distracted from our enjoyment.

Simply Spectacular

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Panoramic views of old town! Owner and her Mam close by and so attentive. This apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend

The apartment is up a very steep hill and several flights of steps! Not ideal for anyone with children or difficulties walking unless you want to take a taxi every time you go out! We arrived late and there was no bottled water or snacks...would have been a nice touch!

Amazing location, beautiful apartment

The view is just fantastic: the whole Old Dubrovnik is like a picture from Your balcony. The apartment is spacious, cosy and immaculately clean. The owner helps you arrange a taxi from and to the airport for a friendly price. You can reach the old town on foot by stairs in just 10min.

Just sad to leave😥 My friendly advice to the owner: leave a bottle of water for Your guests. It doesn't cost much but can buy a lot when people arrive tired and thirsty after a long trip...

amazing views, amazing apartment, 10/10!!

the property is in an ideal location about 7 mins walk from the old town. there are lots of steps which is tough coming back up but the host recommended using Uber, most journeys were less than 5 euro each time. the view was absolutely stunning, the air conditioning was brilliant and the facilities were perfect for our short stay in Dubrovnik. would definitely recommend staying here.
