Spacious, very clean, great views, lots of space, great location, air conditioning
The key box code procedure was very unclear. We were given check in instructions via download link but with no key code. I messaged Booking and was told I would get the code 2 days before. It didn't arrive, I ended up having to phone Booking when messages were getting me nowhere. They put me in touch with the property manager eventually and everything was fine after. I was also bombarded with 7 check in procedure emails in the last 48 hours before arrival which was very confusing. Clearer check in instructions would be helpful.

Location is super amazing. And the ability to park nearby. And the space that the house offers.
But again and above all: just a tiny stroll away from the old city.

Great location with views over the old town, and near to Ploce gate. Garage parking is rare in Dubrovnik so a bonus! The property is spacious and the balcony was great. It’s a grand old house with minimal updating which we found charming but wouldn’t be for everyone.
One of the shower rooms is on the ground floor but all bedrooms are upstairs. Might not appeal to all. Balcony accessed through the main bedroom so not easily accessible to everyone.

The terrace was wonderful with great views over the old town walls and harbour. The cool shaded garden by the kitchen was beautiful. The apartment was spacious, quite grand and very clean. It was 5 minutes to get into the old town.
The steps to access the apartment were hard work, especially with our cases. We knew about them before booking and wanted the view, so cannot complain.
It was noisy until 4am and the apartment is next to a football pitch which was an additional noise.
The downside stairs WC took a long time to refill after flushing.
The crinkly sheets were weird!
