About this house rental

Situated in Moultonborough, this attractive house for $956 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Stunning 180 degree lake and mountain views lend to a picture-perfect setting for relaxing and recharging. Property 533 is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath waterfront home offering a fully appointed kitchen and open living/dining area with cathedral ceilings and stone gas-fireplace which opens to an expansive deck wrapping around the front of the home. An oversized screened porch overlooks a private perched sandy beach and large dock (which can accommodate a boat up to 24 feet). The lower level recreational room boasts a generous sitting area, stone gas-fireplace, television, ping pong table, and refrigerator. Bedrooms include a primary suite on the main level with a king bed, private bedroom with two twins and full bath on the upper level, and three bedrooms with a full bath (includes jetted tub and washer/dryer) on the lower level. Two of those bedrooms have a queen bed each and the third is a bunk room with two sets of bunkbeds and a full bed. Pet Friendly : There is a pet fee of $150 plus tax per pet, with a 2 pet maximum. 2 Kayaks Sand Toys Outdoor Shower Cable + DVD Player WIFI Watersource: Well AC: None Heat: Oil Max Vehicles: 4 Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. We gathered here for a week in September- 5 siblings with spouses, grown children and 2 grand babies! The house sits right on the lake with access to kayaks and a private dock. The kitchen/dining/great room were spacious and comfortable and where we spent most of our indoor time. The kitchen is well appointed and the fridge is large although there’s a backup fridge in the downstairs common room which at times we also utilized. The house was clean and in great repair. We would definitely be pleased to stay again.

The home was exactly as listed. Beautiful home and beautiful spot on the lake. Great views from the deck, the other outdoor areas, and both levels of the home. Our family, there for a family reunion, enjoyed having bedrooms on all 3 levels to accommodate different family needs. Open spaces for family gatherings on both levels. Docks perfect for our boat rental. The kayaks provided with the home were well used and appreciated. Communication with the management company, Natural Retreats, was excellent. They were able to help us with an extra day of stay at the end of the traditional week. I would absolutely rent this home again.

The view from the deck of this home is breathtaking. You have almost a 180 degrees of water frontage! Plenty of beds for the whole family and the loons to lull you to sleep. We will be back!

We love this place and location, could be cleaner and in better repair, screen door broken. Overhead light in living are did not work, called and was told owner never uses it. Not sure why that’s relevant. Lights should work. We want to return next year however

Great house on a quiet area of Lake Winnipesaukee
Property was perfect for our family lake vacation. Pictures do not do it justice. The 180+ view out the front of the home was better than I had expected! The deck was awesome. The beach/dock area was perfect with Sandy beach, rope swing, rocks to climb on. Boat was in a protected cove. Most of the beds were comfortable enough. We had to be careful with length of showers in order to have enough hot water. Directions for gas fireplace were needed. Unfortunately Moultonborough doesn’t allow fires, so no fire pits. We all had a perfect week and hope to return again!!
