The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great.
We kept missing towels during our stay as they were not replaced. The location is not central so if you don’t have business in Santa Fe it takes a long time to get to other places.

I needed to rest and it was perfect for it.

The Hotel is in a nice are, Super close to Santa Fe. The younger men in front desk are very attentive and professional, as well as the maintenance man. Room was very nice and clean. Shower worked great. Fantastic view.
The young lady in the front desk in morning shift, did nothing about my issue. I addressed to her that my remote for the Tv wasn’t working and that the Tv WASN’T a smart tv. She wrote it down. But at the end of the day when I asked. Front desk had no idea what I was talking about. The young girl did nothing to resolve my issue. Nor passed down the msg.I was there for 2 nights 3 days WITH NO TV!!! That was the only issue I had. Other than that, hotel was Nice!
