Great for families

Large two level room, excellent for families, cute little patio, lovely pool, extensive buffet breakfast, helpful, friendly front desk staff.

Hard to locate resort on map, access to the beach cost extra (the description of hotel implied that it was included), many mosquitoes. The stairs in our particular room appeared to need repairs.

Great for families with children

Very large room with plenty of storage, comfortable beds, lovely patio, buffet breakfast included.

The cost to access beach was not included. The stairs to the second floor loft in the room seemed to be needing repairs.

The room

My husband and I have been in the hotel one week ago ( 6-12.08.2023) .The hotel is located in a very boring area. The hotel receptionists are incompetent to give any advice about attractions around and also they are incompetent in general for everything This hotel is the worst hotel We have ever stayed in . We have traveled around Europe and We have been to many places .For the car park we paid extra 10 euros per night If you want to use the hotel’s private beach sunbed and sun umbrella are paid extra 25 euros per day. The staff bothered us at breakfast to tell us that this table was not our table, even though no one had an assigned table. The value for money is not covered I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never myself return to there again

comfortable enough to live there

veryyy big room. comfortable and quiet. breakfast was a good one as well and the staff more than good!! the place is perfect for families to spend some time and leave their kids alone in a very big area.

This hotel has amazing potential. It feels like they almost have it figured out. The beach is lovely, and the buffet breakfast is great!

The ambiance of the resort is strange, the rooms are big, but very stark, and the front desk staff can be rude.

Pleasant

Beach very close, not crowdy. Clean resort with guite good spectrum of activities. Suits better for families with small children

- noisy aircondition. AC was not possible regulare fully in room. Always have to reguest reception - poor cleaning - without allinclusive - not possible to eat alternatively. Restaurants to far 3-5 km - the sea already by small waves guite dirty /sand/.

Spacious but disappointing

Good size room as they are all for family units of 4 people

This is not a 4 star hotel as it claims. The resort looks and operates like Butlins with wrist tags and prepayment for dinner which consisted of a buffet. The resort had a big beach but you had to pay separately to use it. The rooms of the face of it were very clean but we found hair in the shower. Finally the air conditioning in the room was incredibly noisy to the extent it had to be turned off at night to get any sleep.

Nice rooms.

This hotel should not be 4stars hotel. It is like beautiful cover of the book, but when you open it, it is really bad. Staff at the reception and restaurant very arrogant, speak English a little and very annoyed when asking some questions. We booked the room on the Booking. It said city tax and parking included in the price. When we arrived, they made us pay extra for city tax, €10/day for parking. Breakfast included in the price, but wasn’t really good. If you want to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, you have to pay €30/person at the reception to get in, it’s bufe style. If you want to eat somewhere else, there is nothing around. Really bad location. If you want to get on the hotel beach, it is €25 for person/day. When you get to the sea, there is staff looking at you how far you get to the sea and controlling you. Very uncomfortable. Bad experience and very bad staff, they don’t have any empathy. They just want money from you for everything you do.

A great few days after a lot of traveling but a shame there weren’t the facilities we’d required or easy public transpor

clean & spacious. lifeguard was friendly, but didn’t speak english. entertainment during the day & evening but wasn’t aware of until we figured it out.

No very welcoming staff, no information provided regarding what’s in the area how to get around bus times where to get taxis etc. Language issues they didn’t speak English & us no no Italian. Huge bedrooms & we could have all fit 3 5 people so disappointed that I had to pay for 2 rooms. Our flight was in the early hours so asked if we could get a refund or drinks or money towards drinks food etc & weren’t very helpful.

Relaxing Entertaining

The Resort is very nice. It has its own swimming pool and private beach. The rooms are nice well equipped spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On the second day of trip there was a beach party arranged by the resort with good music and dance.

There is nothing that I should complain of. Only, My suggestion to the Management that it’s a tourist place so please keep some English speaking staff at least at the reception. Else everything was just perfect.

close to the beach. memorable for all the wrong reasons.

large airy modern room.

outside space was grubby, no view. pool was small and not enough loungers. charged €20 to park on site. too far away from restaurants and bars. we found the staff rather rude. couldn’t check in until 5pm and check out was strictly 10am.

Never again!

Unfriendly staff, except at the bistro and at the pool. We had a very special situation, because when we arrived at Livorno, my husband got very sick and he had to spend one night in the hospital. So we asked to stay one night longer, because it would have been good for my husband to relax. But they didn‘t allow him to spend the night in our room, because it was only a 4-bedroom. Of course we would have paid for that. So we had to travel with my husband, who really was still in a very bad condition. No empathy!

uncomfortable room (no side beds, air conditioning not very powerful, shower not fully functional, no replacement for toilet set like shampoo, room without any sound proof) very poor breakfast and the manager on duty with glasses is unpleasant with us and the other costumers absent staff and not interesting to pay any attention to your questions

The rooms were nice, big and clean and seemed newly renovated. Friendly and helpful manager at check-in.

Not great in terms of interior design in public areas, which is worn down. Horrible breakfast buffet, with a long line for a simple coffee because it was only being made in the adjacent cafe by hand cup by cup.

Breakfast was a joke, the service substandard

The room was big, it had two double beds and two floors

Ok so the fridge had not been cleaned out. There where for example still ice cream since good know how long in the fridge. The beach was private and they wanted 25 euros for a sunbed. The pool on the facility was basic and you had to wear a swimmers cap! I'm not kidding. Never heard of this in 25 years of travel. The breakfast was a joke. The scrambled eggs was like a hard loaf. There where utter chaos as you couldn't take food but had to be served. Thats fine except they had no waiters to help you! Completely understaffed for this kind of serivce. There was no healthy alternatives except plums. Every morning the coffee machines hade given out when we came to breakfast so there was a long line to the only one still working. One hours after they opened the breakfast there where hardly any food left! They also did not understand service. For example they had a very strange system were you was supposed to sit at a table with your room number. But the numbers on the tables was in completely random order so you'd have to check 30 tables for your number. When our number wasn't written down the guides just told us to talk to different people instead of just fixing it. They could have just told a waiter to clean of an already used table so we could eat. After 10 min I did just that myself. In the evening I asked the reception if you could take the bus in to Livorno but they said it isn't sure it will come at all and said we should take a shuttle with them for 35 euros instead. I trusted my iPhone that showed me the time table and stop 50 m from the hotel. The bus was 4 min late and costed 1,5 euro. So not so helpful reception I would say. Needless to say I will not stay there again.

Loved this spot. Will return. No need to leave. Buffet meals, beach, bar and pool.

Near the sea, clean. Animation offer.

Extra costs for sun chairs and umbrella. The restaurant is very simple in quality and poor serviced by the hotel stuff. Breakfast offer is very poor. Animation only for kids in Italian Language, no English speaking animation!!
