Room was putrid of smoke, can't wash the smell off the clothes. Late night drama with neighbors pulling guns and punching a man because he couldn't get his spouse back to her room and let others sleep. Paper thin walls. THE SMELL OF SMOKE.

The place was horrible. It was what you see in a horror movie. I was offered drugs by a guy standing in the walkway on my way to my room. I did not feel safe. I was there 5 minutes and left. The place was dirty, unsanitary. The mattress was about 30 yrs old, bumpy and with holes. The comforter had stains and holes on it. The smell was horrible like urine,weed and combination of disgusting human odors. The restroom celing was falling apart. The room door did not look like it locked property and was afraid someone will come in any minute. I felt like i was going to be either murdered or get a skin infection from the nasty sheets. There was little bugs on the floor not sure what they were. Overall it was the worst experience i have ever had. I cannot comprehend how that hotel is open and running. It does not like like it passes the most basic city inspection. I left the place and that same night contacted by phone and email the reservation company and i was unable to get a refund. That really sucks. It is not fair that they kept my money. Whoever made the decision to deny my request should go thru and lived the experience i had and i can guarantee they would be very upset too and would demand a refund.

I did not like feeling unsafe for my personal safety. I felt like i was ben g watched. I felt like i was going to get sick. I felt like i was not backed up by the travel site. I felt taken advantage of. I was there for 5 minutes. Left as fast as i could from that place.

The room had a smoke smell. You had to pay for toilet paper. The shower was okay. The towels weren't clean. The overall experience was just horrible.

Don’t believe the bad reviews! The staff is great, friendly, and they’ll work with you within reason. The location is probably the most convenient I’ve seen so far. The deposit isn’t expensive neither is the pet deposit. The rooms are clean and well insulated. The water gets hot as hell but that’s a good thing! still haven’t come across 1 roach.

The 1 bad thing I could say I’ve witnessed during my stay is the locals, but management is always quick to escort them off the premises. Oh and the WiFi doesn’t work that great unless you’re by the window but those are my only complaints. I’ve stayed in much nicer and dealt with much worse. This motel is a win all day!

The price is the better price I found in San Antonio for what you get. It’s better than many rooms that cost more.

After I left they still tried to charge my card for another night and didn’t send my deposit back to my card. Use cash if you can l!

it had WiFi but it stopped working the same down I checked in, bed was made.

had roaches, only one pillow that wasn’t comfortable, the closet was bad, mirrors in the restroom was dirty, roaches in the shower, the microwave was little bit dirty, the restroom had stains on the ceiling, the TV was bad and remote barely worked. paint on the walls are super bad. the patch in the restroom has roaches coming out of.

stayed here months ago and don't remember it being this comfortable. the room was clean, restroom was clean and the manager was friendly. never saw him before and even let me checkin early. small fee was charged gor that but at the time it was rainy, cold and I was freezing from outside. it was enough to convince me to stay a second night.

there was a room on opposite side who had atleast 5 or 6 dogs. so when someone would walk by all those huge dogs would bark st one time and kept on for a few minutes
