From the property manager not sending the property our reservation info to long lines at the property, check in was absolutely unacceptable. We had to email, call and do online chat to resolve issue. I will not use VRBO again. The unit also needs a fresh coat of paint, towels that don’t have holes, lamps without busted shades, and decent cookware. A shower door was broken and there was no handle on clothes dryer. A simple trip to Target would do wonders for this unit. It’s tired…which is an easy fix and necessary at the price point. However, the view is simply spectacular.

The apartment was beautiful and clean and just as it is in the pictures. The Balcony and views are stunning, beds and linens were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was spacious and fully functional. The Pools and restaurant are nice. The Beach area for residents is a bit to the left of the hotel but not inconvenient at all. We had read reviews about the elevator wait being very long but we really didn't have any issues other than a long wait once or twice. The property manager was very responsive. and helpful. We stayed her with 4 women and three teen-age girls and found we had enough room for everyone to sleep, shower and chill comfortably.

if you are looking to FOR A GREAT VIEW AND COMFORTABLE ACCOMODATIONS this is the place. -check in was over an hour with no one to help with luggage i had to empty my car and drag all bags alone.... had to fight for a help. - elevator is a disaster plan on 10 minutes to leave or come - all food deliveries and uber eats deliveries have to be picked up at front the desk wont even hold it for you. cant even get a pizza delivered to door. - pool is a disaster....no chairs available ever . always crowded and simply not pleasant. -ocean services are not directly in front of residence... you have to walk 3 minutes along the beach to use the b each chairs that are set aside.for you. and beach isnt wide its tight and very very seaweedy. they dont clean it at all. in general beach is very cheesy and lowbrow. better to go elsewhere for beach so many better optiond close by. if you want to stay on the porch and enjoy the view....this is your place.....no better spot id return just for that and the host is very responsive. dont be fooled the hyde is not a luxury destination at all this apt is but nothing else is

This was an amazing property. David and Sandra were quick to respond with any questions we had. The Hyde's staff were all so pleasant and helpful. And the views from the penthouse were absolutely stunning.
