Had everything I was after.
Including coffee machine and fridge.
Fan was ok instead of aircon.
Shared bathroom and toilet was fine
A bit of a walk to the central station but ok.

The property is in a very good location in the center of Munich. The room and bathroom was very clean. You get coffee and tee for free every time.
