Gutes, zentral gelegenes Stadthotel

Die zentrale Lage direkt an der U3-Station ist perfekt, um schnell im Zentrum zu sein. Unser Zimmer in den Innenhof war schön ruhig, ausreichend geräumig und dank Balkontür in den schattigen Park perfekt vom Raumklima/Temperatur.

Wir waren zufrieden und haben keinen Anmerkungen.

Also Oktoberfest-Hotel absolut empfehlenswert, wenn Preis-Leistung sowieso keine Rolle spielt 😊

Die Lage war super bezüglich der Anbindung zur U-Bahn.

Sehr laute Umgebung! Direkt an einer extrem befahrenen Straße (auch Nachts!) Die Zimmer waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Mobiliar ausreichend für einen Städtetrip, aber mehr leider auch nicht.

the hotel location is very quiet and convenient very near from subway which directly to Marienplatz. but there are quite a few restaurants around.

There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, but no plates and utensils.

Stuff was really helpful in any way possible and very friendly.

The room did not look anything like the pictures. It was too hot even though the heating was not working. The fridge could not be closed so it was useless. The stove was there but no cutlery and the furniture and floors are outdated and badly damaged. We wanted to unplug one of the lamps to plug in the phone charger and the wall socket fell apart. Also, the roof terrace was locked at night so we could not use it to get some fresh air.

We loved the ground floor room with the garden access! Good location for a Isarphilharmonie visit. There was also a small kitchenette in the room that can be very convenient for a longer stays.

Good breakfast, nice hotel for small stops (1 day for us), big TV, small but useful kitchenette

Bigger beds, especially the extensible couch, the furniture a bit old, glass door to the bathroom, small cabin shower, no cutlery for the kitchenette, no balcony

Decent hotel for staying in Munich

The room was quite decent and the size of the room is also good. There is an italian supermarket nearby which was super nice. The hotel has nice connection to the centre by a very close U-Bahn station.

This hotel Is great! Plenty of space in the room, a complete kitchen which Is a plus. so clean. Just 15 minutos to city Center in U3. Friendly staff I cannot ask for more

A very good stay, except for the interactions with some of the staff members

The breakfast was outstanding!! Absolutely delightful, with a lot of healthy and fresh products. The desk staff was very professional and kind. The rooms were large and comfortable

The breakfast staff was extremely unprofessional and rude with the clients, their attitude was almost insulting.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. It has a good terrace and the staff is friendly

The room is small, does not have AC and it was very dirty (spiderwebs on corners, very dusty under the bed). Staff a bit apathic. It is expensive for what it offers.

A nice experience

The breakfast was really nice and the location of the hotel is in a nice neighbourhood. There is a parking in the hotel as well. The rooms were clean, but it could be great if an air condition is provided.

Unfortunately I didn’t sleep well with the pillows provided and definitely having no windows in the bathroom isn’t the best, however the staff is absolutely welcoming and at your disposal. I really liked the service!the structure is well equipped and the room is spacious as well as clean. The building is not far from the center and just in front of it there is a fantastic supermarket with high quality food! A very good hotel at very reasonable price!I would recommend it.
