location and staff are nice. but some basics are missing.
I would have appreciated water and kettle, with cups in the room ( even with extra charge ).

The room was always clean. Good Breakfast and good service. Value for money and the hotel is situated in a really good location as it is next to the train station.
It isn't from the hotel service. But the time I was there I found one major difficulty. The U BAN was not working on my arrival which made it very hard to arrive at the hotel.

cheap
when i arrived and noticed that the window couldnt be opened i messaged the staff but they never got back to me.
super noisy people which where snoring so loud you could hear it through the walls and others where hairdrying in the middle of the night for over 30 minutes
