The hotel is located in a convenient area, relatively close to the city centre. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I especially appreciated the reception staff’s assistance when I needed tea quite late at night.
For a hotel belonging to an international chain like ibis, I expected a little more in terms of basic room facilities. There was no refrigerator in the room, and there were no basic items such as a kettle, tea/coffee facilities, drinking water, bathrobe or iron. There was also no proper setup for having a snack or meal in the room.
What disappointed me most was the comparison with my previous stay in Serbia, where I stayed in a small, ordinary hotel without any star rating. Despite being a much simpler property, it provided a bathrobe, kettle, tea, drinking water and an iron. Therefore, I found the lack of these basic amenities at an ibis hotel somewhat disappointing.

Great location for the Munich beer festival. Excellent parking under the hotel accessed by a lift into the hotel. Breakfast was basic but fairly good. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was very warm, we tried opening the window but the road noise was too much.

Fantastic stay! Hotel is placed ca 10 min walk from nearest subway station. Numerous markets, restaurants and bistros nearby. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good. Highly recommended!

It was cheap and relatively ok distance from the city centre.
It was a football match next to the hotel (there is a stadium nearby). It was very loud in the hotel after that, people walking, shouting and going in and out up until 2:00 AM. The staff did not talk or show any sign of hospitality to us.
