For me, coms is the most important when I don't know the city. The staff and coms were first class. Always available and accommodating.
Location was very easy to find and took me approx 40 mins from the airport.
The view was poor but I wasn't there for that. The entrance to the actual block was a little hidden and a street vendor took me there.

Easy access to the building, good customer service, it has a luggage locker in case you arrive earlier than your check-in time, accessible through public transport with many stops nearby and lots of supermarkets and bakeries nearby

I’ve stayed here multiples already, it’s my go to place when I need somewhere to stay in Munich, best value for your money, close to public transport and city center

It was spacious
-No lift and we had time carrying our suitcase till 3rd floor which was very bad 😑
-Logging in took 45minutes for us to get the code and it was raining outside, first experience was bad
-One window did not have shutter thus we had to always wake up early because the light was going direct to my bed, I contacted the team but they said there is nothing they can do
