Very nice staff! Room was clean and as expected. I did liked my stay there.

This is a small and cosy hotel with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is excellent – only about five meters from the subway entrance, and just four stops to Marienplatz, which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring Munich. The area itself is pleasant, quiet, and feels safe.
Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a nice bathroom with a good shower. We also had a balcony facing the street, which was a lovely bonus. On our last day, we were able to store our luggage securely in a locker until our departure time, which made everything very easy and stress-free.
I have usually stayed in five-star hotels during my travels, but this hotel truly changed my perspective. It showed me that you don’t need to spend a lot of money to feel satisfied and comfortable.
Our trip to Munich became a fantastic experience – and this hotel was definitely part of that.

The metro is right outside the door, making getting around super easy. The staff are helpful and friendly. For just a single the bed was big, and the en suite was lovely. There's also a garden for when the weather is nice.
The drain for the shower was sadly inadequate, just a short shower flooded the whole room 😬 the bed was quite hard but that might just be my preference. A kettle in the room would have been welcome. On the whole, totally value for money though.

Very nice location!
It was my birthday during the stay, even though my friend asked for some complementary stuff, no one replied. It is not crucial of course, but usually customer treat like that is offered in other hotels
