Great spot for Oktoberfest. Clean, friendly & very helpful staff. Nice quality hand-soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Very good size room.
Only real complaint was the room temperature. It was about 3c too hot at bedtime and about 3c too cold when waking. No individual room adjustment available.
Other complaints are mostly trivial.
1. Never figured out how to warm a cup of coffee in what i think was the microwave.
2. Toilet felt only about 30cm high off the floor. Like for children.
3. No USB or wireless charge points.
4. No desk in the room (did have a little dinette table)
5. A little LED night light over by the bathroom/entry would have been nice. (assuming it didn’t shine in your face in bed)

Very clean and friendly place to stay with great sound insulation on the windows, and covered parking, within a short walk to the Oktoberfest grounds.
Nothing, except the price was quite high but may have been so due to Oktoberfest.
