Staff went were kind and helpful.
The location was noisy, especially at night. The room was small. The layout not good as there was no room at the end of the bed to get out.

Good location, very accessible to all touristy parts of the city. Lot of cafes and Arabic restaurants around if you want a midnight snack. Staff was accommodative when I needed to extend my stay for another night.
Not very clean, everything in the room and bathroom was dusty. The duvet had tiny hairs on it. Room felt like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. Housekeeping missed cleaning the room on the first day. The room was also much smaller than what’s shown in the photos, making it a bit uncomfortable.
