The room could have better lighting, a mirror next to window so it makes the room feel bigger brighter.
Coffee wasn’t replaced in the room. Used coffee cups weren’t cleaned either

Great location close to the central train station (less than 5min away). Hotel is easy to find and check in/out was fast.
It’s a very central location but the rooms are very quiet. There is a fridge and coffee pod machine in the room.

Good location, very accessible to all touristy parts of the city. Lot of cafes and Arabic restaurants around if you want a midnight snack. Staff was accommodative when I needed to extend my stay for another night.
Not very clean, everything in the room and bathroom was dusty. The duvet had tiny hairs on it. Room felt like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. Housekeeping missed cleaning the room on the first day. The room was also much smaller than what’s shown in the photos, making it a bit uncomfortable.
