It was comfortable and the staff was very responsive to any concerns. For example, our shower drain was backed up the first night and I immediately let the front desk know. The next morning, they had a repairman on site to clear the drain and it worked without issue for the remainder of our stay. Staff were also helpful with food and site seeing recommendations.
Although not the hotel's fault, the location wasn't ideal for site seeing unless you want to walk 25+ minutes (which we didn't mind). It was close to some restaurants that we found enjoyable but it's not located in a very touristy area.

Good location to central train station and tourist attractions in old town. Nice selection for breakfast buffet that includes a machine for coffee and other varieties.

Bathroom was really clean and the hotel was located near a metro station, so it was easy to get around
The bed and pillows were comfortable
- Ugly decor, old windows with broken shades.
- Bathroom was small with no air extractor and the shower head was broken
- The breakfast room was SO small, you were sitting less than 50 cm away from the person next to you. We barely even found a table to sit and have breakfast.
A very basic breakfast with very little options.
- Bedroom is pretty small and the lighting is very bad
- Overall the infrastructure is old and ugly
- The neighborhood didn’t seem nice
