My stay was short but wonderfully refreshing, filled with kindness and moments I’ll remember. Few minutes away from the main railway station and plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars. Very quite although busy town centre.

Small but perfectly formed room with beautifully appointed bathroom just perfect for one person for a one night stay. I was travelling by train so the location close to the station (walking distance) was perfect for my purposes.
If I was staying longer than one night, I would perhaps prefer a different location. It is on a main road and the tram passes outside. The room was airconditioned so thankfully no need to sleep with the window open.

Location, location, location. That was the only thing that made our stay in this hotel good.
Hotel service was the worse. There were NO cups for hot beverages. Had to request for cups every single morning because they did not want to give more than 2 per day, even if we were staying for almost 4 day. And room cleaning was done once in 2 days, without giving us any notice beforehand. There were no signs in the room about room cleaning done only after 2 days. Staff were only in the property from 9am to 6pm. After 6pm, you are to fend for yourselves! No service or support would be offered. Even the whatsapp hotline was useless as they usually take hours to reply. If not for the location, the service would make one stay away from this hotel.
