Bed is super comfortable. Room is very quiet despite construction site on the other side of the road. Very nice staff and great coffee and tea
TV does not work neither in the room nor in the fitness room. Fitness room does not seem to be cleaned very often.

1- At the time of booking, you are not informed about the deposit that will be requested during check-in. What’s worse is that, after almost two weeks, I still haven’t received my deposit back.
2- Only one of the two elevators was working, and it did not even stop on the floor where my room was located. The reception was already aware of the issue when they assigned me the room, and only after I complained did they change it. This resulted in a double waste of time for me as a tourist with very limited time
