The room was spacious and the basic necessities were there. The staff helped us and could answer all the questions we had and the location of the hotel was great aside from the street side noises at night.
It was very hot in the room and the fans were not of much help. The wifi connection was bad and would occasionally disconnect and the safe did not work

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the Trams, train and Subway stations .A few minutes away from Old Town Munich. Beds are good and rooms are spacious.The rooms are very clean. No Air conditioning though.
The only thing was that while I was away sightseeing the city , some member from the staff got in my room , went through my things and Stole money from my stash inside my luggage. Unbelievable, I don't usually post negative reviews but this is unacceptable. I believe not all the staff is bad but there are definitely thieves in there. For that reason I won't be staying there again. And believe me it was not a lot of money but just the fact that someone went inside my room and did that , speaks volumes of the property. I don't want no money back or any type of compensation, I am just warning others. So sad
