Larger than we expected.
The kitchen facilities were limited. Simple things like a wooden spoon for stirring the pot would be useful for those who coot.

The size of the property was good for the family, the location was also favorable. If your children are older or you are looking for a cheap place to stay this is a good spot. If you only are interested in a place to sleep and shower this is a good location for you.
The cleanliness of the property wasn’t the best, the floors were dirty, after walking thru the property with socks, we noticed how dirty they turned. we also noticed the same with our crawling baby his pants got dirty while crawling in the property. I would not recommend this property to a family with toddlers and babies who are crawling. There was a cord coming out of the wall in one of the bedrooms that our baby needed to be kept away from. It was really hard to bath our baby and 2 year old in the shower because the bathroom was so small. The drain had a cover that was loose and our kids wanted to grab it and play with the gross sitting water underneath. I also noticed a panel of glass was broken and taped together instead of replaced.
