Located in a very convenient area, nearby the Main Station and in a close distance to the Old City. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. A big plus for the ability to store the luggage even after check-out - when you are leaving Munich in the evening and wanna do some more sight seeing, it’s a good option. Overall we had a great experience.
There seemed to be a room change I was not informed about, but thankfully the reception was still on when we arrived so it could be sorted easily.

The hotel is centrally located and the service by reception staff (I forgot to ask for his name) is excellent who gave me enough information for our visit to this city. The breakfast is limited in variety but otherwise very good in quality and the lady serving the meal was really very kind and helpful.
