This is a quiet, super conveniently located hotel (right next to the main train station and an easy walk to the Marienplatz. It's clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed room and good-size on-suite bathroom/toilet. (No mini-fridge though. Just FYI) Everyone spoke English, and while on the touch more expensive side (we paid about 200 euro per night - about 50 more euro a night than we would have paid if we were farther away from the city center), the convenience of the location more than made up for it. I will stay here again next time I'm in Munich
My only "complaint" (and it's hardly a complaint, more of an observation) is that there is no mini-fridge in the room.

Everything!
Breakfast was also amazing.
This place used to be a palace and later on a bank. So stairs made by marble have fossils as amonita on it … absolutely amazing discovery going down stairs. I share some poctures. Ideal to show to kids.
I did not know how to warm the room. Heatheris independent from thermostat and after two nights I had to ask. Thanks that was not so cold.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at Cloud One Munich, and the staff continues to be excellent, friendly, welcoming, and helpful!
However, my last two stays have been a bit disappointing due to the change in ownership and ongoing renovations. While the prices remain the same, the facilities and amenities have become quite basic compared to what I’ve experienced in the past. I understand renovations take time, but I do feel the rates should reflect the current conditions. I hope the improvements will bring back the comfort and quality that have always made this my preferred place to stay in Munich.

Staff were very nice, location was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable
There was no phone to call down to reception, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the restaurant only serves sandwiches and snacks.
