Close to train station, easy access, really comfortable bed and quiet room. Excellent luggage storage facilities. Great cafe next door for breakfast/brunch - California Bean.

Spacious room. Clean. We really like the laundry accessible room. Drink ticket for not using the maid service, though we didn't use the drink tickets.
Need could be a little more comfy but that's my opinion.

The location is spectacular. In a bit more than 5min you can get into the central train station, the associated underground station, or a major tram hub. You can walk to the Museum District in about 15min and Munich's Old Town in perhaps 20min. This makes the hotel a spectacular base of operations for site seeing anywhere in Munich or the surrounding area. Honestly, this, wi-fi, and a quiet room with a large bed was what I was paying for. Everything else is largely immaterial to me.
The hotel itself was clean and very quiet. I never saw any of the staff (it doesn't have an active reception desk) but there's a phone hotline if you have problems and I found the on-line check-in and check-out process quite efficient.
The room was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos but was well-appointed and very comfortable. Good water-pressure and temperature in the bathroom and a nice big bed (although in keeping with something I've encountered a lot in central Europe you get two mini-duvets rather than one big one... I consider it a bit of local colour). There were free bottles of water in the fridge that were topped up a few times which I appreciated. There was a safety deposit box (not big enough for my lap top sadly) but the room felt quite secure.
I don't think you are likely do to better for the price. If you want more of the classic hotel facilities - you're going to have to pay for them.
The hotel is in a rather drab part of town - one of the downsides of being near the train station I suppose. There are several mini-casinos and a gentleman's club in the area. I never felt unsafe at any time of the night or day but I also never felt there was anything in the area of the hotel that interested me. But as I said - it is so easier to get to anywhere else in Munich from here, this really isn't much of a downside.
The hotel has a program where if you agree to skip a day's cleaning you can get a €10 voucher. I participated as I didn't need a nightly cleaning. But I found the voucher's useless. You can trade them in for coffee or drinks at the part in an affiliated hotel across the street. Nice for some but completely useless for me. Would have been nice if they could have been applied to the breakfast offering they had at that hotel but they aren't.

Good value for money, and the room was comfortable.
The check-in process was inconvenient, especially when booking more than one room. The self check-in did not work properly for multiple rooms, so we had to wait for assistance over the phone, which took quite some time.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned; it seemed they only made the bed without thoroughly cleaning the room. There was even extra bedding left on the floor that was not picked up or cleaned during housekeeping.
