About this house rental

Nestled in Grand Isle, this attractive house for $629 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. "Ah - its just Tugudtubtru, is just what our family and friends say when they visit our beautiful family beach house! All seasons are beautiful here with our incredible sunrises and evening glow. Large family tables for dining together, large deck and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, wonderful beach views and opportunities for family gatherings from fishing and crabbing or reading and napping on our large deck. The location offers TV in LR, King room and Twin bunk room. Deck Furniture includes a Swing and 6 Adirondack chairs along with a Picnic Table and downstairs has 2 swings and a bench. Also a outdoor shower in open area. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #3.7 Grape Lane. Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.  Visit  https://townofgrandisle.com/ for updates.  Number of Beds: 6 plus 1 Sofa Sleeper Deck Area Covered and Uncovered Fish Cleaning station Boiling Equipment and Propane Tank (must be filled by tenant) Location has Propane BBQ pit onsite Location offers Regular coffee pot  Location offers Wi-Fi, Cable, and Smart T.V.  Bed Layout BR 1 - 1 King - Master with Private Bathroom BR 2 - 1 Queen BR 3 - 2 Bunks (4 Twins) Living Room - Sofa Bed

This is my second stay at this property. I appreciate everything about the house. The deck is spectacular. The decor is beautiful, the bedding and the towels feel like clouds. They are so soft and luxurious. I will definitely be back.

Had a great time. The house was great and the deck was awesome. It was very nice to sit outside and see and hear to ocean.

Overall property and location is perfect. Everything we needed was there for our use. (One suggestion: a lift for all the gear we had to haul upstairs sure would be nice, we're getting old you know.)
