Beautiful property at an amazing location in front of the booming waterfront. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and great traditional massage at the spa (went there twice!). Staff are friendly.
Requested a room on the highest floor, but they gave me a room on the 1st floor with a so-called “river view”, which was just a view of the Hue waterfront complex. The room (111) was quite noisy as it’s near to construction and a futsal court, please could hear people talking early in the morning and late at night (not sure if they were guests).
Didn’t see many guests so staff can be a bit over-attentive at times. Housekeeping staff clean very early and make a lot of noise.

Nice hotel, well located in Hue. Good friendly service. Decent breakfast buffet.
Unfortunately the hotel’s advertising on Booking.com is misleading. We booked a Superior Queen Room with River View, based on a photo of the river view on Booking.com. That river view no longer exists because the garish Times Square building has been constructed between the hotel and the river. The room still has a partial river view but it is nowhere near as good as advertised. I mentioned this to staff who have noted the need to update their advertising. No compensation was offered.
