Great value for the money. The rooms are very spacious, we had a wonderful view on the Hue River. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety of both Western and Vietnamese food.
The restaurant, while located in a very nice place inside the hotel, has relatively average quality food. For example, the fried nems were the worse we've had in our whole trip to Vietnam

Hard old beds and noisy a/c. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Lovely heritage hotel.
The air conditioning in one of the rooms was broken and it was dripping onto the floor.
