Truly spectacular views of the Matterhorn from the outdoor jacuzzi, certain rooms, the restaurant, and the grounds. Good quality food in the restaurant, such as for Half Board. Modern rooms & decor. Attentive staff.
During dinner, all drinks cost money, even tap water -- the minimum charge for tap water was CHF5.50, which I find very annoying -- a rude surprise, considering the rooms are already very expensive.

The views, all Inclusive half board was spectacular. Spa sauna. The access to hike to riffelsee to watch unobstructed views of sunrise over the Matterhorn. Lovely spacious rooms.

Come And collect you from the train. The path isn’t conducive to wheeling down suitcases

spa was nice but can definitely use an upgrade. Tasty food and breakfast!
the hotel charges tap water (10chf per carafe) which is ridiculous considering the price you pay to stay at the hotel.
