The location was great and the service was very good. Breakfast included was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
It is a beautiful property and a great location. I did find it a bit outdated so some updating would probably be good.

Superb location, especially as the hotel is directly connected to the BTS sky train station. Room was spacious and there was no noise from the corridors or other rooms. Staff very efficient and courteous. Decent breakfast buffet including good Asian options, eggs cooked to order and lots of fresh fruit. Well equipped gym and two outdoor pools. Air con effective and quiet.
WiFi strength in the room was variable. Rooms could benefit from updating. Annoying that the pool is laned off width ways, preventing the swimming of lengths. No bacon for breakfast!

Great location and the Sky pool and the garden on the 12th floor is phenomenal
The Internet had to be renewed every day and it felt like such a waste of everybody's time and energy

The location
It’s very tired, rooms desperately need renovation. Staff were ok but not exactly helpful nor were they particularly friendly.
Check in and check out takes too much time compared to more modern hotels.
Breakfast was not worth it
