Apart from a little disturbance from the ongoing construction, the rest are good.
Simple breakfast provided, walking distance to Ratchadewi Station.
Very convenience and great location. Near to variety of Halal food. The room is also comfortable for family of 6.
Host also very friendly and helpful.

What a great place! The ladies who manage are really nice people. The localization is fantastic, rhe room was very clean, the bed really comfy, the bathroom super clean and the shower really good. I arrived earlier and they were so nice to fix rhe room and let me check-in. A walking distante ro MBK mall, Siam square and lots of great places. I loved this place!!!

If you need to be in that area, or have business at Chula, it's easy commute and cheap for today in that area. Bed is up ladder/step so some with mobility issues might struggle. WIFI and AC are good. The women running the place take good care of you and your security. Very funny and friendly. Breakfast will get you out the door. Nothing super special. But well kept, clean area. Considerate hosts. Restaurants nearby. Short walk to skytrain.
There was construction in the main street. Took the power out for an hour the day I arrived. Kinda hard to get around cuz the whole street in front was blocked off. Not their fault. Not a big deal.

Only few minutes to the BTS, and you can walk to Siam within 15 minutes.
The staff is really nice, and always talks to me with a smile.
Since recently the road in front of the hotel is being repaired, it will be a little noisy in the morning. The sound insulation is not very good.
