The location is amazing. It’s right by the river and the bridge. Only about a 20 minute walk from Niigata station, or a super quick drive. There are convenience stores and restaurants everywhere. Sekiyahama beach is only a 15 minute bus ride and quick walk away.
The doors are not soundproof. There was a very loud family near my room and I could hear them so clearly when they were in the hallway, they may as well have been inside my room.

Smooth check-in, despite the festival outside. Great location, enjoyed an amazing run along Shinano River in the morning followed by a simply wonderful buffet breakfast 😀
Can't think of a single thing lacking. Other than the views of the herds of wildebeast.

Was all good

Location was nice.
Room was hot and their is no AC, only a air fan speed.
Pillows where quite uncomfortable as its got 2 connected sections, a soft pillow and bean bag type pillow. If they where seperate that would be fine but being attached meant for me as a side sleeper, it was quite uncomfortable.
Its quite far from station, so bus of taxi. Walk is fine but around 15-20mins.
Older features.
No washing machine
