Come have an adventure in this classic mountain town, with year round activities. Stay in our private modern yet cozy ground floor condominium with one bedroom, one bathroom and a pullout couch in the living room. Located in the Elkhorn - Sun Valley area, minutes from town as well as Dollar and Baldy ski mountains. Space information: The one bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, and the living space has a full size sleeper-couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery, silverware, and basic condiments such as coffee, tea, spices and ketchup. The bathroom has a shower/bath combo with shampoo, conditioner, soap, a blow dryer provided. The condo also comes with a washer/dryer combo machine with detergent provided. Guest access: Guests have access to the entire condo. As well as access to a pool and hot tub upon request. The pool and hot tub are seasonal. Hot tub is open during ski season. Pool and Hot tub open from Memorial day and usually until Mid September depending on weather. If you want access be sure to contact the host with all names of guests as each person will need an amenity card. HOA is closed on the weekend so be sure to request cards at least a few days before you visit. Transportation: Public transportation is easily accessible with a couple minutes walk from the unit. Directions to the bus stop will be available with the scheduled bus times. No pets. No Children under the age of 13. Maximum of 4 guest. There will be a $500 fine for any pets. Check in: 3pm Check out: 11am

This economy one-bedroom is a safe and affordable condo to enjoy a trip to Sun Valley. The owner is super responsive and it was easy and hassle free to check-in. One note, the front room furniture is not very comfortable for relaxing or watching TV.

Several days skiing with my college age son. Not much snow, but still a great time, and this little condo was the perfect spot. Communication was great, check in was super easy, and condo was exactly as advertised (only better). I would definitely stay again.

This was a great home base for me and my wife while hiking and fly fishing in the Sun Valley area. The condo had everything we needed and the kitchen was stocked adequately for when we wanted to cook in for some nights. This condo would be small for more than 2 people, but is a place we would definitely book again next time we visit the area. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

We stayed in this condo when we came to Sun Valley to do a gravel bike race. The condo was conveniently located close to trails, restaurants and local attractions. The building was quiet and comfortable. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The size was just perfect for the two of us. The owner was helpful and accommodating. We would love to stay there again if we return to the area.

This condo is so well supplied. The furnishings are very nice, the bed very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and willing to help if needed. We highly recommend this condo.

Arriving at the rental we were quickly disappointed. There was a musky odor to the place. The furniture in the living area was uncomfortable with very little tv and no DVR to compensate. The sliding back door didnt lock leaving us feeling unsafe. The bedroom was the worst part. The pictures made it look bright and clean. But we found gross stains on the lounge chair and the white bedding was brown and dingy along with the pillow shams. They hadnt been washed in quite awhile. The sheets were very old and rough. Thankfully we brought our own pillows and a few blankets. We did not want to use the ones provided. There was No natural lighting and it was very dark inside. In the kitchen there were 2 washcloths available both were by the faucet and looked like they had been used and not washed. The most upsetting part of our stay was that we were discriminated against for having a service dog due to one of the guests having seizures.
Per VRBO and state/federal laws, service animals are not animals. They are there to help someone with health conditions and or physical disabilities. If she were educated in the laws and with the laws of VRBO, she would know this. Per VRBO I did not have to disclose that we had a service animal. The host tried to make us leave with 2 hours notice by 5pm with no where to go and charge $200. VRBO verified she could not legally do this. The service dog is well trained and did NO damage.We left the condo as clean as when we arrived if not cleaner.

The place was great. Very clean, very quiet, and peaceful. The unit is stocked with almost everything you need. The only advice I'd offer is, if you plan on using the pool or hot tub, absolutely make sure you read your messages from the host and give her the names before you arrive. Especially if you stay on the weekend because the HOA is closed and there's absolutely NO way to contact them to get amenity passes and she doesn't just automatically get them for you.

Nice little property. We found out last minute that we needed to take are kids I had booked it for two adults the listing says it sleeps 4 but we had to pay and extra $200 for are 3 children to sleep there, owner stated it wasn’t a very child friendly rental but we found the kids loved the pool, hot tub and walking paths. Location was great

The unit was sparkling clean and comfortable. Everything was provided to make our visit so relaxing and enjoyable. The back yard setting off the patio is peaceful and lovely. It's convenient to the walking paths and, if you want to use the free city bus, the bus stop is just a short walk away. There will definitely be a "next time" for us!

My daughters mother in law and I rented the condo for our visit. The location was perfect we could even walk a short distance to our kids condo where they lived. This condo was clean and quite. Only thing I had trouble with was the washer/dryer combo. I kept washing my items. I did not bother host with this because it was not a big deal. My host answered every question very quickly. I really like that. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

I was in town for the Sun Vally Film Festival. The property was very nicely done. Comfortable with all the amenities you will need. Great location as well. Such a beautiful , short drive into town!

Kim is an excellent communicator, easy to work with. The unit is clean, equipped with kitchen essentials. It is about 15 mins drive to Sun Valley Bald Mountain where we skied. Short drive. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed 11 nights for a ski trip. The space was perfect for a couple. We loved having the fireplace, and the holiday decorations were a nice touch. The location is very convenient to the blue and red buses that go into town as well as Bald and Dollar mountains for skiing. Kim was very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here!
