Overall lovely

Loved the location, the environment (tropical feel), and the layout of the room/privacy. Also loved the water feature at the front of the room and the size of the room. The pool is beautiful.

The bed was way too soft and not enough pillows which are also too small (not very comfortable). Also the TV is really small for the size of the room and poor quality.

Wifi was almost non-existent in deluxe room which was very frustrating. Out in the car park was good though!

Location was an easy 10-15 minute walk along a coastal path to the main part of town where all the cafes and restaurants are. Highly recommend making dining out bookings as most places were booked out.

Great location by the beach! Tips for spotting the cassowaries in town!

Beautiful location by the beach! They provided great tips on where to spot wildlife as well. We were thrilled to find the endangered cassowaries. Thanks for a great visit!

I was welcomed by the most amazing staff who were able to answer any questions. Eco village is the ideal place to stay,

this property was peaceful, set in lush tropical vegetation. My villa was clean, spacious and inviting. The pool was inviting again with tropical vegetation.

We loved our stay here at Eco Village Mission Beach. it was so quiet and relaxing. We loved the tropical garden and the birdlife. The pool area was divine. So beautiful. There was a path to the beach which you should get up early and watch the sunrise, magical. There was a great walking or bike path into town from the village. Ben was so friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Dissatisfaction for what was advertised!

Did not know breakfast was available.

Perhaps we did not read all the fine print. We were not aware of all the spiders or green ants. We had sugar ants all over the room. The room had a very strong musty oder and aggrieved my asthma We ended up leaving the "resort" at 3am as we couldn't stay in the room any longer! NOT what we expected

Book somewhere else. Not a good place to stay, the staff and company have no empathy

I had to cut short my stay by 4 days due the sudden death of my mother the site could not care less and refused to give me a refund for the nights I did not stay in their words (this is company policy) there is no empathy form this company, these funds would help towards the funeral etc. as I explained to them, again they could not care less. This facility is not people friendly and not a good holiday destination as you will not be looked after once you have paid your money and arrived the profile this company has on booking. com is false Beware stay somewhere else not a friendly holiday destination. Also, the laundry is disgusting one rusty dirty washing machine and one dirty tumble drier that you have the pleasure of paying $8.00 for

so peaceful and pretty. will return next year.

if you want silence, beautiful gardens, incredible hosts and a gorgeous huge beach, no crowds, this is it.

it is a bit dated, but the new owners, young men, are changing that fast, whilst keeping it the sanctuary that it is.
