The hotel was just a few steps away from the subway and located in a calm and convenient area. All the staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Akiho, who went above and beyond to help me and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate everyone’s hospitality and support.
If I ever visit the area again, Tokyu REI will definitely be my first choice for a hotel!

Had all the amenities, excellent location, comfy and clean room. The staff were super polite and even gave us a special cookie set and card (in addition to the welcome snacks) as we mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Genuinely sweet gesture!

The location of the hotel was right next to Kichijoji train station, which meant it was close to just about anything you wanted. Shops, supermarket, shopping street, park, buses, food.
We had the breakfast twice, it had a great range of options and the food was of a high quality.
The minor things that could be improved on was upgrading the washing machine and a colder air con (it reached 36 degrees C during the day).
