It was about 10 minute walk to Asiatique.
Lobby was nice.
The hotel hallways smell like mold and the bathrooms in the rooms need a significant upgrade. I would also add that there are no plugs to charge your phone on both sides of the bed. The facilities are very dated.

Rooms are big and in good condition
The lower floors are unoccupied
Maybe it's under construction or repair
That gives the hotel a sort of eerie ambience

Great location, nice restaurant and great service.
The toilet is broken, we could not frush it. It was reported. The beds are basic.
